Shipping costs depend on the destination. To calculate your exact shipping charges, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will update automatically and display in your total costs.

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

You can order as many items as you want and you’ll never pay more than the flat shipping rate.

About Late Deliveries
While our shipping partners strive to deliver packages on time, occasional delays may occur. Nabihan.com is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available, it means the carrier has not processed your package yet. Tracking events will appear once the package is scanned.
Multiple Items in an Order
If you ordered multiple items but only received one, don’t worry. Our products are sometimes shipped separately to expedite delivery. You may receive one item before the others, but all items are on their way.
No Order Confirmation Received?
This is often due to an incorrect email address entered during the ordering process. We send 3-4 emails throughout the order process, including order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice. If you think you entered your email incorrectly, please contact us to correct it.

Multiple Address Delivery
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are processed via DHL Global Mail and handed over to USPS for final delivery. Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive. Tracking ceases to update once the package enters the military mail system due to security reasons, and we can no longer provide tracking information.
