Refund and Returns Policy

If you have received a defective product, please email us at [email protected] for assistance. If your item meets any of the following conditions, contact us as soon as possible:

Cases Eligible for Refund or Reprint:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • Design error: The design does not match the description provided on our site.
  • The product received is not the same as ordered in terms of type or size.

What Should You Do?

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide the following information via email to [email protected]:

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • If you received the wrong or damaged item, include a picture of the item.

Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and process the refund within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund should arrive within 2-3 business days.

Returns

If you receive the wrong or defective items, there is no need to return them to us. We will process your refund directly, expected to be delivered within 2-3 business days.


Non-Refundable Cases:

We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following scenarios:

  • The order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive delivery, not picking up the package as requested).
  • The order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters, the item showing “delivered” in the tracking system but missing from the mailbox).
  • The item is as described on our site.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have 24 hours after making a purchase to request a cancellation.

  • A management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of the total order value will apply to cancellations.
  • After 24 hours, the item will proceed to production, and cancellations will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline:

  • Paypal Account: Within 48 hours.
  • Credit Card Account: 10-14 business days (depending on your card issuer).

Exchange and Repair:

  • Exchange of In-Stock Items: 1-3 business days.
  • Exchange of Out-of-Stock Items: 5-7 business days.
  • Compensation (Points or Coupons): 1-2 business days.
  • Repair: 7-14 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or returns for size issues unless we sent the wrong size. For other problems like printing errors, contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps. Do not send your purchase back unless authorized by us.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time for your refund to post officially.
  3. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.
