HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Choose your favorite charm style on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the easy steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your charm and notify you when it’s on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from our store usually ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, delivery may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier’s system. Sometimes, the carrier might misplace an order. If your tracking number doesn’t work within a few days, please contact the carrier directly.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us for support. We are here to help!
